Job Summary: We are seeking a janitor for building surveillance, access control, supervision of equipment, and mail reception, with the ability to lead emergency responses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership during emergency situations and assistance in accidents We are looking for personnel for a janitorial position in Oviedo. A Basic General Education certificate or ESO diploma will be valued, as well as intermediate-level computer skills and prior experience in similar roles. Main duties will include building surveillance, access control, supervision of the proper condition of communal equipment, and mail reception. The role also involves leading emergency situations and providing assistance in case of accidents. A temporary replacement contract (IT) is offered, with a part-time work schedule of 28 hours per week. Working hours are rotating from Monday to Sunday, covering morning shifts (6:00–14:00), afternoon shifts (14:00–22:00), and night shifts (22:00–6:00). Priority will be given to individuals with functional diversity (disability certification of 33% or higher) and/or IPT.
