Maintenance Technician **Key Responsibilities:** We are seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician to ensure the availability and reliability of process machinery and auxiliary plant services. Your objective will be to keep production running safely, with quality and hygiene, within a demanding industrial environment focused on operational excellence. * You will carry out assigned work orders and maintenance procedures, accurately documenting interventions and reporting incidents to the Maintenance Manager. * You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial process equipment and auxiliary systems (e.g., air compressors, refrigeration units, diesel generators, fire protection systems), responding promptly to contingencies that could affect personnel, facilities, or production continuity. * You will ensure effective information transfer during shift changes, guaranteeing process continuity and adherence to the maintenance schedule. * You will ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)/Hygiene, Quality, and Food Safety standards—including Prerequisite Programs (PRPs) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)—as well as proper management of maintenance-area waste. * You will coordinate external contractors’ work and, when required, supervise specialists on shift to ensure correct execution, adherence to standards, and availability of technical documentation. **Candidate Profile:** MUST-HAVE * Minimum one year of proven professional experience in similar roles. * Formal education relevant to the position. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Residence near the workplace.
