JOB DESCRIPTION **HORTICULTURAL AND FRUIT-AND-VEGETABLE PRODUCER AND DISTRIBUTOR**, seeks to hire an **IT MANAGER** for its workplace located in the **province of Pontevedra.** **OFFER:** * Salary composed of a FIXED and VARIABLE component, negotiable based on merit. * INDEFINITE-term contract. * INTENSIVE WORK SCHEDULE from 07:00 to 15:00 hours, FLEXIBLE. * Possibility of TELEWORK one day per week. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * ERP IMPLEMENTATION: * ANALYZE business processes (FINANCE, PROCUREMENT, SALES, LOGISTICS, PRODUCTION). * Select the appropriate ERP system (e.g., SAP Business One, MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365, ODOO). * Lead the IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT: * requirement definition * vendor selection * CONFIGURATION * DATA MIGRATION * USER TRAINING * Coordinate technology consultants and vendors. * DIGITALIZATION STRATEGY: * Define the company's digital TRANSFORMATION plan. * Identify PROCESS AUTOMATION opportunities. * Implement digital tools: * BI / ANALYTICS * CRM * DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT * process automation (RPA) * IT GOVERNANCE: * Define the TECHNOLOGICAL architecture. * Manage infrastructure: * CLOUD * CYBERSECURITY * NETWORKS * BACKUPS * Manage IT vendors. * PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: * DIGITIZE operational and administrative processes. * INTEGRATE SYSTEMS (ERP, CRM, e-commerce, production). * Define KPIs and DASHBOARDS. REQUIREMENTS * Education: University degree in COMPUTER ENGINEERING, TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEERING, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING (ORGANIZATION / AUTOMATION), Computer Science bachelor’s degree or equivalent. * MINIMUM EXPERIENCE of at least 5 YEARS in corporate IT departments. * Experience leading ERP IMPLEMENTATION. * Experience in DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION projects. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. * Residence in the province of PONTEVEDRA and/or willingness to relocate.
