Ensure a safe and trusting space for children and adolescents. **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in Social Education and/or official qualification as a social educator. Main Responsibilities: * Plan and implement activities. * Foster a positive coexistence environment and mutual support. * Conduct systematic observation of children and adolescents (C&A) to identify their strengths and areas requiring intervention through interdisciplinary collaboration. * Support them in improving basic habits and social skills that enhance their well-being and development. * Participate in team meetings. * Participate in the annual project evaluation within the framework of team coordination spaces. * Address educational support needs. * Promote healthy lifestyles, study habits, and values. * Guarantee a SAFE and trustworthy space for C&A. **Contract Type:** --------------------- * Temporary **Work Schedule:** ------------ * Full-time **Working Hours:** -------------------- Rotating shifts **Minimum Educational Requirements:** --------------------- * Social Education **Conditions:** ---------------- Salary according to collective agreement.
