




Position Summary: Tragsatec is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to review European Aid case files, providing support in data management, quality control, and user assistance. Key Responsibilities: 1. User support for resolving queries. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Data Entry Clerk \- Review of European Aid case files in Granada. **Work Location** -------------------- * Granada **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Support data entry into the application using data from supporting documentation. * Quality control of data entered into the information system. * Separation of supplementary documentation for correct identification and uploading as an attached document to the case file. * Support in conducting authorized queries by applicants in public databases to verify compliance with requirements, and recording the results thereof. * Support in preparing resolution proposals. * Support in drafting proposals for statements of objections. * Support in reviewing submitted administrative documentation, and support in issuing the corresponding request for correction if necessary. * User support for resolving issues related to the scope and nature of the activities. * Support in preparing data required for issuing reports on the status of the call and characteristics of the activities. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire.
