Ambitious and high-potential project We Globe You, a communications and marketing agency specializing in the hospitality sector, is entering a new growth phase and seeks to incorporate a senior profile into its Vigo office to serve as Digital Strategy Director. This role requires a professional capable of leading, designing, and executing the company’s and its clients’ digital strategies—delivering strategic insight and driving business results, reputation, visibility, and positioning through an innovative, creative approach aligned with the latest technological trends. **Responsibilities and Functions** * Define and implement 360° digital marketing strategies; identify growth opportunities across digital channels; translate business objectives into measurable action plans. * Project management: lead digital projects, coordinate teams, ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and KPIs. * Performance & Data: design and oversee paid media, link building, and email marketing campaigns; analyze results and optimize based on data; define dashboards and key metrics. * Innovation and technology: identify and integrate new tools (AI, automation, etc.); propose continuous improvements in processes and services; stay current with digital trends and consumer behavior. * Client relationship: act as a strategic liaison with clients, providing consulting expertise and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities. **Candidate Profile** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing agencies * Experience managing complex digital projects * Strategic-level knowledge of Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, Social Media), digital analytics, SEO/SEM, CRMs and automation, UX/UI, and customer journey * Strategic vision and proactivity * Executive capability and leadership skills **What We Offer** Join a well-established company with tremendous growth potential, assuming a strategic role within the team and exerting direct influence on company development.
