If so, discover your next challenge below. **About the Role:** =================== As a Web Developer at Labhouse, you will build AI\-powered mini\-products designed to rank on Google and capture high\-intent traffic — such as tools, generators, calculators, and interactive experiences embedded within websites. This is not a traditional web development role. We’re looking for a builder who thinks in terms of distribution and growth, not just features. Your job is to identify opportunities, ship fast, and create programmatic, scalable tools that attract millions of users organically. You’ll work closely with SEO and product, but you’ll be expected to take ownership end\-to\-end: from idea to shipped product. AI is at the core of how we work — both in what we build and how we build it. **Responsabilities:** ===================== * Build and launch AI\-powered mini\-products (e.g., generators, converters, analyzers, free tools) designed to rank on Google. * Turn keyword opportunities into functional products — not just content pages. * Develop scalable systems for launching hundreds or thousands of programmatic pages and tools. * Integrate LLMs and AI APIs to power product functionality. * Design fast, lightweight, and SEO\-friendly frontends optimized for indexing and performance. * Collaborate with SEO to identify high\-impact opportunities and ensure proper technical implementation. * Own the full lifecycle: ideation, development, deployment, iteration. * Leverage AI tools to accelerate development (code generation, debugging, prototyping). * Optimize performance, UX, and conversion of each tool. * Continuously experiment and iterate based on data (traffic, rankings, engagement). * Stay ahead of trends in AI products, programmatic SEO, and growth engineering. **About You:** ============== **Academic background:** * Background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. **Technical expertise:** * Strong experience building web applications (frontend\-focused or full\-stack). * Solid experience with Wordpress \+ API's \+ endpoints \+ IA (claude, codex) * Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS * Experience with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar). * Experience integrating APIs, especially AI/LLM APIs * Understanding of how Google ranks pages: indexability, performance, UX, and content structure. * Experience building programmatic or scalable web systems (templated pages, dynamic content). * Ability to ship fast using AI tools. * Familiarity with performance optimization and Core Web Vitals. * Comfortable deploying and maintaining production systems. **Problem\-solving and product focus:** * Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges. * Eye for detail and a product\-first mindset, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. * Self\-driven, entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects. **Communication:** * Good level of spoken and written English. * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing. **Nice to Have:** ================= Pluses that are needed occasionally: * Experience working on high\-growth startup environments. * Familiarity with Webflow, Framer, or other no\-code/low\-code tools. * Experience with A/B testing frameworks and CRO. * Basic backend knowledge (Node.js or similar). * Exposure to programmatic SEO implementations. **What we Offer:** ================== * Remote work from anywhere in Spain.
