You will become part of **Lagardère Travel Retail**, an international leader in airport foodservice and retail, where every day is different and teamwork makes all the difference. **What will be your mission?** You will be a key player in ensuring our customers enjoy an agile, friendly, and high-quality experience, contributing to the smooth operation of service in a dynamic and multicultural environment. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Attending to and serving meals and beverages with a friendly and professional approach. * Setting tables, trays, and service areas to ensure efficient operations. * Collaborating with kitchen and dining staff to maintain service rhythm. * Addressing basic customer inquiries and anticipating their needs. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in work areas. * Meeting service standards and SLAs of the establishment. * Contributing to each customer’s positive experience during their time at the airport. **What will make you succeed in this role** * **Intermediate level of English (desirable)**, essential for communicating with national and international travelers. * **Personal vehicle required**, due to the airport’s operational hours. * **Previous experience in hospitality (desirable)**, foodservice, or customer service. * **Full availability** to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. * Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with a fast-paced workload. * Customer orientation, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for teamwork. **We’re not looking for the perfect candidate.
