DESCRIPTION **Do you want to lead an innovative team driving high-impact projects?** We are looking for a **Tech Lead** with relevant experience leading developments or production systems in key technology projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and supervision of dynamic web applications, as well as maintaining legacy systems and collaborating closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners. Together with the rest of the Nunsys Group, we form **Spain’s largest group of technology companies (>2,800 colleagues)**, serving major clients across the public sector, agri-food, banking and insurance, industry and services, laboratories, environment and energy, healthcare, and telecom—totaling **over 8,000 active clients in our portfolio.** **The Project** You will work for a company that combines technology consulting with the development of **proprietary products**, participating both in **custom projects** and in the **evolution of internal solutions**, applying best practices in architecture, scalability, and user experience. **What will your day-to-day look like? Responsibilities:** * Development of Revit plugins using .NET. * Data analysis, processing, and visualization. * Design and implementation of ETL workflows, integrating data from BMS, GMAO, ERP, and clients’ internal APIs. * Development of applications for project planning and budgeting. * Processing and visualization of building data in digital twin solutions using BIM/IFC technologies and 3D engines. **Requirements: What do we expect from you?** * Experience with **Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.** * Development using **React.** * Experience with **REST APIs.** * Knowledge of **Linux/Bash** and command-line usage. * Version control with **Git.** * Basic knowledge of **Kubernetes.** Experience with **Docker.** * Software and database architecture design. * User interface (UX/UI) design. * Ability to evaluate and estimate technical proposals for clients. * Maintenance of legacy systems and support for existing applications. * Peer programming and code reviews. **What do we offer you?
