In our plant located in Pamplona we are looking for a highly motivated ROBOT \& TIGHTENING PROGRAMMER to join our team! We are looking for an enthusiast who is not afraid of new projects and travel if needed in Spain, Portugal (50 %). English language on daily basis. What you'll do * Simulation of robot cells. * Create robot programs according to Motherson SAS Specificactions. * Commissioning robot cell in European Plants. * Services support. What we are looking for * Experience with creating simulation of robot cells, including cycle time analysis, layout,… * Robot programing for different manufacturers (FANUC, ABB at least, KUKA and Universal Robot). * Fulfilment on performance KPI: tightening rates, OEE, cycle time… * Programming robot (Fanuc, ABB). * Tightening tools configuration (Atlas Copco; Weber; Dessoutter..). * Vision system configuration. * Analysis and optimization of complex processes in assembly and logistics.
