Your main responsibilities * Lead personalized assisted stretching sessions, guiding each client’s progress. * Foster client retention and build community within the club. * Ensure proper technique and safety during every session. * Participate in club events, activities, and promotional initiatives. * Maintain an active presence on social media, if motivated to do so. Requirements * Qualification in Physiotherapy, Massage, Personal/Sports Training, Higher Technical Specialist in Physical Conditioning, Pilates, Yoga, or Dance. * Passion for movement, health, and holistic wellness. * Empathy, fluent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. * Eagerness to continue learning and growing professionally within the My Flex Club project. **Location:** Madrid (on-site) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday Position type: Part-time Salary: Starting from €350.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
