




Mission Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of appropriate and necessary management systems for each activity of our entities, ensuring on the one hand the safety of all consumer products placed on the market, and continuous improvement of all processes to maintain and promote environmental preservation and sustainability. Tasks and Responsibilities * Management of the environmental scope of the project, including: monitoring resource consumption, waste management, compliance with environmental regulations, monitoring livestock effluents and official self-inspections, tracking non-conformity records, and proposing improvement actions to minimize environmental impact. * Coordination and implementation of good environmental practices across different production processes, promoting continuous improvement and raising environmental awareness among involved teams. * Responsibility for the proper operation of the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), ensuring operational control, data recording, and coordination with the external maintenance company. * Preparation for and participation in audits, inspections, and official controls, following up on corrective and preventive actions derived therefrom. * Collaboration in sustainability and social responsibility projects aligned with La Fageda’s values and environmental strategy. * Support for quality and food safety management systems, keeping documentation, indicators, and legal requirements up to date. Requirements * Degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or related field. * Technical Engineering in Agricultural Engineering or related field. * Additional specialized training in Food Quality Management Systems and Environmental Management is desirable. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
