Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive warehouse operator for an industrial company, with experience in order picking, goods handling, and minor technical assembly, offering job stability. Integration into an established team with varied tasks A leading industrial company in its sector, located in Balsareny, is looking for a warehouse operator to join the existing team under the supervision of the Dispatch Manager. A permanent contract with 14 monthly payments and job stability is offered. Working hours: split shift from Monday to Thursday, and Friday mornings only. July and August: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Candidates must demonstrate work capacity, dynamism, proactivity, problem-solving ability, and high productivity to perform the following tasks: \- Order picking and storage of technical goods \- Loading and unloading of goods \- Receiving and dispatching goods, including management of corresponding delivery notes \- Basic technical inspection upon receipt \- Inventory counting \- Performing minor technical assemblies \- Interpretation of mechanical drawings \- Packaging and labeling \- Operation of front-end and retractable pallet trucks \- Other auxiliary warehouse-related tasks. Candidates without demonstrable warehouse experience are discouraged from applying. * Minimum 3 years’ experience. Experience in the above-mentioned tasks within a mechanical components warehouse, and experience using SAP, SGA, and ERP systems. Experience and skills in goods handling and order picking. Work capacity, initiative, problem-solving ability, and high productivity. Dynamism and responsibility. Attention to detail. Ability to integrate into an established work team. Versatility to perform varied tasks. Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and residence in the Bages region or nearby areas.
