We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee warehouse operations at a prominent company specializing in horticultural, fruit and vegetable, and organic products, located in the Mula area. The primary role will involve leading teams responsible for product preparation, ensuring production plans are met, product quality remains optimal, and established productivity targets are achieved. This includes daily shift-based team management, production monitoring, incident resolution, and supervision of proper machinery usage. The ability to motivate, train, and guide work teams to foster a positive working environment and enhance productivity will be highly valued. It is essential to guarantee compliance with quality, safety, hygiene, order, and cleanliness regulations throughout the entire production process. Experience in similar positions within horticultural and fruit-and-vegetable warehouses (desirable). Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
