What will be your mission in the company? The selected candidate will be responsible for: - Ensuring accurate stock control and promoting improvement actions to guarantee efficient warehouse management. - Managing physical customer returns. - Coordinating shipments and loading of animal feed and/or for the Food Bank. - Managing and coordinating warehouse staff. - Processing transport requests for samples and parcels, including their loading and dispatch. - Ensuring product FIFO system compliance. - Ensuring compliance with work standards and the Quality Management System (QMS). - Participating in and promoting continuous improvement projects within the warehouse area. - Ensuring occupational safety for personnel under supervision and compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations. - Direct collaboration with the Warehouse Site Manager and support in various operational tasks as required. Publication Date 05/03/2026 Requirements Qualification CFGS Preferred Requirements Mandatory You are the ideal candidate if you have... - Preferred Vocational Training Cycle in Food Industries or Warehouse Management. - Forklift operator license and food handling training. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations, with versatility across multiple functions. - Experience in stock management and warehouse operations. - Knowledge of automated warehouses (Wamas preferred). - ERP experience (Oracle preferred). - Advanced office software proficiency. - Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and initiative-driven attitude.
