Mystery Project is selecting, for one of its clients in La Garrotxa, a Warehouse and Dispatch Manager capable of leading people and driving improvements in logistics management. You will have a clear career development plan tied to your performance and the results you help achieve. Your day-to-day responsibilities Organize and coordinate pre-assembly and order preparation. Ensure shipments depart on time and meet required quality standards. **Manage and motivate the team:** task assignment, monitoring, and improvement of group dynamics. Supervise logistics documentation and records via the ERP system. Control product quality prior to dispatch and establish efficient packaging and palletizing criteria. Maintain warehouse order and efficiency, with a continuous improvement mindset. Coordinate transportation and manage relationships with external suppliers. **Desired skills and knowledge:** **You are the ideal candidate if:** You hold technical training in logistics, production, industrial mechanics, or a related field. You have led teams and possess prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or assembly. You are comfortable using computer tools and ERP systems (Navision or equivalent preferred).
