Job Summary: We are seeking a Line Manager to supervise a team, control fruit quality, organize workflow, and ensure compliance with regulations, providing support to the production department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team leadership and supervision of the production line. 2. Quality control and incident management for productive efficiency. 3. Team training and development to improve performance. We are looking for a Line Manager to work in Alcoletge. Main responsibilities include supervising the line team to ensure an appropriate work pace, controlling fruit quality and correcting any deviations, and organizing workflow to maintain continuous and efficient production. It is also necessary to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations, manage and resolve incidents affecting the production process, and train, guide, and support the team to improve their performance. Additionally, support is provided to the production department and other duties inherent to the position are performed. This is a full-time position, with 40 weekly hours from Monday to Friday, on rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with working hours between 06:00 and 14:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum one year of experience performing tasks identical or similar to those described. * We seek an organized, solution-oriented, responsible individual capable of leading a team. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is valued. Fluent spoken and written Spanish and Catalan. * Completed ESO. \- Food Handling Training.
