Reporting to the department manager, we are seeking a colleague for the position of CASHIERS / POST-SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE for our SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA store. Your main responsibilities would include: * Customer service and information. * Delivery and exchange of goods to customers. * Sales and returns management. * Collection of payments for goods. * General store support. What do we offer? Temporary contract to cover a leave of absence. Fixed salary (according to collective agreement) \+ variable pay (based on achievement of objectives). Good working atmosphere. **Requirements:** --------------- Candidate with education and a clear customer orientation, problem-solving ability, friendly demeanor, empathy, and positivity. Prior experience in retail or the large-scale distribution sector will be valued. Professional appearance and diction, customer service skills, dynamism, perseverance, negotiation ability, and organizational skills. Full availability required for part-time work from Monday to Sunday and on public holidays established by each Autonomous Community, while respecting the weekly rest period stipulated in the Large Stores Collective Agreement.
