Do you want to join the Mas Moner team? We are seeking a Social Educator for a weekly schedule of 20 hours. At Mas Moner, we work according to a person-centered care model, promoting respect, dignity, autonomy, and well-being for the residents. We seek professionals with sensitivity, initiative, and enthusiasm for teamwork to continue delivering close, high-quality care. \- Plan, implement, and evaluate individual and group activity programs at the center. \- Develop and monitor Individual Care and Life Plans for residents. \- Promote participation, inclusion, and maintenance of personal and relational abilities. \- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and maintain communication with families when necessary. \- Participate in projects and activities that enhance residents' well-being and quality of life. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in elderly care, disability services, or other social services (practical placements or equivalent experience will also be considered). * Bachelor's degree in Social Education. * Catalan (spoken: advanced; written: advanced). * Spanish (spoken: advanced; written: intermediate). * Competencies / knowledge: . Ability to work in a team, initiative, empathy, and communication skills with diverse individuals. . Training or experience in person-centered care models is desirable. * Permanent employment contract. * Part-time schedule (20 hours per week). * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1200' to '1350'
