Job Summary: We are seeking a Doorman/Receptionist to manage access, handle the telephone switchboard, and maintain order at the reception of a residential care facility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Teamwork focused on the well-being of elderly people Grupo Mimara is currently seeking a Doorman/Receptionist for Valdesoto\-Asturias. Responsibilities: * Greet residents, family members, suppliers, and visitors, and guide them within the facility. * Control access to the facility: monitor who enters and exits, including both residents and visitors, in accordance with facility regulations. * Answer the telephone switchboard and route calls appropriately. * Collect, sort, and distribute internal and external mail (letters, documents, packages). * Archive resident exit requests or authorization forms and late-return notifications, as stipulated by internal regulations. * Report equipment malfunctions or incidents to the maintenance department and manage related work orders. * Maintain the reception area and doorman zones in good condition: orderly, clean, and presentable. Requirements: \- Prior experience in a similar position is desirable. \- Availability to work full-time. \- Commitment to caring for elderly people, ability to work effectively in a team, and strong communication skills.
