Job Summary: This position ensures compliance with regulatory requirements for GxP material and service suppliers, focusing on the management of quality agreements and quality systems. Participation in the implementation of new quality systems **Job Objective** ----------------------- Ensure that the quality level, as required by Sanofi’s regulations and regulatory authorities, is maintained for all matters related to material suppliers and third-party GxP service providers. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Prepare **Quality Agreements** with Adamed / CMOs. * Prepare **Quality Agreements** with third parties (*third parties*). * Support the implementation of the new system replacing the current **Veeva QTP**, with one of the key tasks being the extraction of all information from the current system. * Support the development and implementation of the new system for **management of self-inspections**. * Prepare **audit training** (auditor training). * Draft **local procedures** related to the area. **Required Profile** -------------------- * **Experience:** In quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry. * **Education:** University degree, preferably in Health Sciences, Pharmacy or Chemistry. * **Languages:** English (required). **About the Team** --------------------- The **Systems Quality Assurance** department is a dynamic team of **6 people**, playing a fundamental role in ensuring the quality of the products we manufacture. Our key responsibilities include management of validations, qualifications, risk assessments, and supplier management. **Note for Candidates** ---------------------------- The Riells site, currently owned by Sanofi, is part of this transactional agreement and is scheduled to be transferred to Adamed.
