We are looking for a passionate, versatile, and experienced **Creative Designer** in graphic design to join our hotel chain’s marketing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual materials that reinforce our brands’ identity and effectively communicate our value proposition. This role will also require basic knowledge of video creation and editing, as well as proficiency in AI tools applied to design, to develop innovative content that strengthens our presence across various channels. **Main Responsibilities** * Design graphic materials for advertising campaigns, social media, events, websites, presentations, and other digital and print media. * Create and edit promotional and corporate videos reflecting the essence of our brands. * Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop creative concepts aligned with business objectives. * Integrate AI tools into creative processes to enhance efficiency and innovation in design. * Manage creative projects from inception to completion, meeting established deadlines. **Essential Requirements** * Prior experience as a graphic designer. Experience in tourism or luxury sectors is highly valued. * Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar). * Basic or intermediate knowledge of AI tools applied to design (MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, among others). * Portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and experience in graphic and audiovisual design projects. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in web design (Figma, Adobe XD) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. * Sensitivity toward customer-centric design and premium markets. * Familiarity with digital marketing and branding trends in the hospitality sector. * Proactivity and enthusiasm for exploring new tools and technologies applied to design.
