Perform periodic weighings to ensure compliance with weight requirements (net weight). Labeling Control: Check that the final product labeling is correct, including expiration date, batch number, ingredients, allergens and nutritional information, according to legislation and customer specifications. Cold Chain Control. Hygiene and Process Control (Good Manufacturing Practices - GMP) Personnel Hygiene: Supervise that operators comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), especially regarding the use of PPE (gowns, gloves, hairnets, footwear), hand washing and disinfection, and proper handling of tools. Equipment and Facility Control: Verify cleanliness and disinfection of the room and machinery before the start of the shift and during the process. This includes tools (knives, cutting boards, conveyor belts) to prevent cross-contamination. Sampling: Carry out product sampling and, in some cases, environmental samples (surfaces, water) for subsequent laboratory analysis.
