Die Pre-Assembly Operator * Working hours: Full-time with intensive morning, afternoon and night shifts (weekly rotation) * Start date: Immediate * Contract type: Indefinite **What will your responsibilities be?** * Supervise machines and materials required to start operations. * Prepare dies and other necessary materials for production. * Carry out repairs, adjustments and die changes when needed. * Manage inventory of die-related materials and place orders when supplies run low. * Collaborate with the production team, keeping the work area organized and clean. * Follow instructions from machine operators and section supervisors regarding assigned tasks, providing support whenever required. * Provide assistance to other departments according to team needs. **What are we looking for?** * Compulsory education graduate; additional training in the packaging industry will be valued. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in production and manufacturing environments, preferably in machinery maintenance or die preparation tasks. * Ability to follow procedures. * Organized profile with communication skills and motivation for continuous learning. **What do we offer?** * Stable employment in a constantly growing company. * A young team with an excellent working environment. * Continuous training provided by the company.
