We are looking for a person with experience in machining and knowledge of CNC to join our grinding room. You will be part of a technical and highly specialized environment where precision and quality are essential for the smooth operation of the production process. Your main responsibilities will be: * Performing grinding and sharpening operations on parts according to technical specifications. * Using and supervising CNC machinery and tools specific to the grinding process. * Ensuring final part quality, verifying measurements and tool condition. * Applying basic machinery maintenance protocols and ensuring proper functioning. * Collaborating with the production team to guarantee agility and precision in the process. * Working in a technical room where attention to detail, order, and safety are fundamental. We would like you to bring: * Previous experience as a machining operator. * Knowledge of CNC and measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Responsibility, consistency, and orientation toward final product quality.
