Job Summary: We are seeking an electromechanic for preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery, incident diagnosis, and support in equipment improvement. Key Points: 1. Collaboration in task management and planning We need a person to work as an electromechanic in a metal-sector company located in Sallent. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery, diagnosis and resolution of electrical or electronic incidents, and support in technical inspections for continuous equipment improvement. The candidate will also collaborate daily with the maintenance manager, assuming greater responsibilities in management, task planning, and performance indicator tracking. In addition, coordination with other departments is required, and process improvements are proposed to optimize resources. The contract is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rotating morning and afternoon shift, with breaks established by law. * Prior experience in an industrial environment. * We seek a proactive individual with a willingness to learn, ability to work in a team, and potential for long-term development. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * A vehicle is required for commuting. Fluent spoken and written Spanish and/or Catalan. * Vocational Training Certificate (GM/GS) in Electricity, Electronics, Automation, or related field. \- Knowledge of Electrical/Electronic Industrial Maintenance. \-
