Job Summary: Responsible for the operational management, safety, and customer service of a tunnel concession, coordinating teams and ensuring the proper functioning of facilities. Ensures road safety and regulatory compliance Responsible, during their shift, for the proper operation of the Cadí Tunnel concession, guaranteeing traffic flow, safety, customer service, and coordination of operational teams, in accordance with current regulations and internal company procedures—particularly regarding Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management. Ensures the general condition and proper operation of facilities, roadway, and operations during their shift. Manages incidents, breakdowns, accidents, and emergencies by activating and coordinating necessary resources until normal operations are restored. Coordinates and supervises toll staff and Service Assistants, ensuring service quality and appropriate assistance to users. Supervises and coordinates maintenance work performed by both in-house personnel and external or subcontracted companies. Ensures road safety and compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Acts as Emergency Manager and Intervention Manager until relieved. Manages personnel-related incidents (absences, substitutions, occupational accidents). Prepares incident and accident reports and informs the Operations Manager. Proposes continuous improvement actions in safety, efficiency, and service quality. Handles and resolves customer complaints and incidents, maintaining an optimal corporate image. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience managing operational teams and/or operating road or industrial infrastructure is desirable. * Technical diploma or degree in Engineering – Civil Engineering, Roads, Canals and Ports * Technical diploma or degree in Engineering – Computer Science, Electronics * Technical diploma or degree in Engineering – Mining * Catalan (spoken: Advanced, written: Advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Minimum required qualification: University Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; particularly suitable qualifications include: Civil Engineering, Road Engineering, Technical/Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. Other engineering disciplines may also be considered. Training in occupational health and safety, emergency management, facility maintenance, or infrastructure operation is valued. * Personal vehicle availability required * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '3250' to '4083' * Additional information: The indicated gross monthly salary has been calculated by dividing the annual salary by 12 monthly installments, in accordance with form limitations. However, the company’s remuneration system distributes payments across 16 annual installments. Shift work on a rotating continuous basis (morning, afternoon, night, holidays, and weekends).
