Main Responsibilities: - Coordinate and supervise kitchen and dining room team tasks. - Actively participate during service, performing waiter duties or kitchen support as needed. - Control daily cash closing, inventory, and order reception. - Manage the reservation system and plan table distribution according to service needs. - Schedule staff shifts, rosters, and vacations. - Manage purchases, portion controls, and cost monitoring. - Ensure compliance with quality, order, and cleanliness standards. - Ensure achievement of operational targets set by management. - Propose and implement improvements in restaurant processes and performance.
