Professional development opportunities In Gijón, we are looking for a professional to assume supervision responsibilities at a residential center. The main duties include coordinating with the technical team and managing the selection, onboarding, and initial training of departmental staff. Daily tasks include shift and vacation planning, assigning care units to gerocultors, monitoring leave and absences, and supervising the Communication Book with care guidelines. The supervisor also collaborates with the team to assess room changes and communicates with families regarding basic care aspects. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with morning, afternoon, and split shifts, and immediate start. The work environment is collaborative and respectful, with work-life balance measures, continuous training, and professional development opportunities. A vocational training qualification in nursing auxiliary care or in caring for dependent persons is required; at least six months of experience in a similar role is preferred. Additional training in gerontology, food handling, or gender equality is considered an advantage.
