Job Summary: We are seeking a social educator for a residential center, involved in educational programming, user contact, objective assessment, and development of individual work plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participation in the educational project programming of the service 2. Development, monitoring, and evaluation of the individual educational work plan 3. Information, guidance, and counseling on social resources Educational Residential Center (CRAE) seeks a person with a disability to perform social educator duties. Requirements: Disability degree equal to or greater than 33 %; Bachelor's Degree in Social Education; Valid driver's license. Schedule: Alternate weeks. Week 1: Monday and Tuesday, 13:00–23:00, and Saturday, 11:00–23:00 (with legally mandated breaks). Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 16:00–23:00, and Saturday, 11:00–23:00. One Sunday per month (with legally mandated breaks). Team meeting: Monday, 09:30–11:30. Employment conditions: Indefinite-term contract. Gross annual salary paid in 14 installments: €1,902. Participation in the educational project programming of the service. Contact with and collection of information from service users to assess the type of intervention required, jointly with the team. Participation in periodic evaluation of objective achievement. Ensuring service dynamics through planned activities. Development, monitoring, and evaluation of the individual educational work plan. Providing information, guidance, and counseling to service users regarding social benefits and local resources that may facilitate educational intervention. * Experience: 0 months.
