Salary To be agreed according to experience Contract Type Permanent Contract Duration Indefinite Description For one of the most prominent sports facilities in the Garrotxa region, which includes a bar and terrace area serving as a regular meeting point for members and visitors, we are seeking a person with experience and passion for customer service to lead this key area of the club. The dining area offers meals including cold and hot dishes and combination plates. Main tasks and responsibilities include: - Manage daily operations of the bar and terrace: opening, closing, stock control, cleaning and maintenance. - Coordinate and supervise waitstaff and kitchen teams. - Ensure high-quality customer service and a pleasant atmosphere. - Manage supplier orders, inventory control, and relationships with distributors. - Plan staff shifts and schedules. - Propose improvements to the menu, promotions, and activities that encourage terrace usage. - Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and occupational health and safety regulations. Publication Date 02/12/2025 Requirements Education Training in Hospitality and Catering Desirable - Residence in Garrotxa or neighboring regions - Medium-level computer skills (use of POS systems, spreadsheets, shift planning, etc.) Required - Minimum 2\-3 years of previous experience performing similar duties Essential - Prior experience managing bars or catering, ideally in similar environments (clubs, sports centers, leisure venues...). - Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. - Knowledge of stock and order management. - Availability to work weekends and flexible hours.
