Main Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery at the plant. Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures. Intervene in production equipment and lines to ensure their proper operation. Participate in process improvements and machinery optimization. Carry out adjustments, repairs, and component replacements. Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime. Comply with safety, quality, and hygiene protocols specific to the food industry. Requirements: Training in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. Previous experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within the food industry or other industrial settings. Knowledge of industrial electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
