Job Summary: We are seeking a Family Care Worker to provide home-based care, ensuring hygiene, monitoring eating habits, and contributing to the bio-psycho-social well-being of users and their families. Contribute to social integration and development of abilities We are looking for a Family Care Worker to work in the Home Care Service in the Ripollès region, specifically in the areas of Camprodon, Llanars, Setcases, Vilallonga del Ter, Molló, Sant Pau de Seguries, and Sant Joan de les Abadesses. **What duties will you perform?** * Ensure hygiene of assisted individuals, as well as their clothing and physical appearance * Monitor the eating habits of the assisted person, planning menus according to health and nutritional requirements indicated by specialists; and assist with food intake for those who require it. * Participate in improving the bio\-psycho\-social well-being of the person receiving care and their family and environment. * Contribute to the social integration of the assisted person. Facilitate integration into the social environment to continue developing physical and mental abilities. Attend to the hygiene needs of the person receiving care and their environment. **Competencies** Empathy, integrity, flexibility, and positive attitude **What qualifications do we require?** **Driving license and personal vehicle are mandatory for traveling to users’ homes** Education: Professional Certification, Nursing Auxiliary Technician, or Dependency Care Technician. Experience: Demonstrable experience in caring for dependent individuals. Competency Profile: Professionals with an approachable communication style, empathy, assertiveness, and ability to work effectively in teams are sought. Candidates should be oriented toward improving quality of life and well-being of individuals. **What do we offer?** Part-time contract of 25 hours per week. Split shifts with three afternoons per week. Rotating weekends (1 out of every 4\). Rotating public holidays. Temporary contract to cover vacation periods. Immediate incorporation until 10/30/2026.
