We are looking for a person with a strong customer orientation, commercial attitude, and enthusiasm to be part of the daily operations of our store. The selected candidate will play a key role in direct customer service, assisting and advising customers throughout the purchasing process, and ensuring they receive friendly, agile, and high-quality service. In addition to customer service, the person will actively participate in various tasks required to ensure the store operates smoothly — from restocking and organizing products to inventory control, goods receipt, and maintaining order and presentation in the sales area. We seek a responsible, dynamic, and solution-oriented individual, capable of working both autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong willingness to adapt to the store’s day-to-day needs. MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet, guide, and advise customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Identify customer needs and offer the most suitable products or solutions. * Conduct sales and manage payments. * Operate the cash register and ensure accurate recording of all transactions. * Restock, organize, and properly display store products. * Maintain the store’s visual image, order, and cleanliness. * Receive goods and verify that orders are correct. * Assist in unloading, sorting, and storing products in the warehouse. * Support inventory control and monitoring. * Identify restocking needs and report potential product shortages. * Check product labels, prices, and information to ensure they are up to date. * Assist in preparing campaigns, promotions, and commercial activities. * Handle incidents or returns, always providing excellent customer service. * Maintain thorough knowledge of the store’s products and services to provide appropriate advice. * Collaborate with other team members to meet daily operational needs. Requirements * Requirements: \- Prior experience as a shop assistant, salesperson, or in customer-facing roles is desirable. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Clear customer and sales orientation. + Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks. + Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented individual. + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. + Interest in learning about products to advise customers effectively. + Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. + Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash register or POS systems. + A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle may be valued depending on store location.
