Job Summary: We are seeking a Nursing Assistant Technician to ensure patient quality and satisfaction through care, support, and health promotion. Key Responsibilities: 1. With a vision focused on transforming healthcare delivery, they aim to add value to society and promote a sustainable national and international healthcare system.* *WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?* *Your mission will be to provide patients with necessary care related to hygiene, comfort, and well-being, supporting healthcare staff and following directives established by Management, with the objective of guaranteeing quality standards and patient and family satisfaction with received healthcare services.* *Your responsibilities will include:* · *Providing patients with all necessary care and psychological support to ensure optimal conditions of health and well-being during their interaction with the Organization.* · *Implementing health promotion activities among patients.* · *Assisting and supporting patients with physical impairments in performing basic functions.* · *Supporting nursing staff in patient care and treatment.* · *Monitoring supplies regarding hygiene conditions and, where applicable, sterilization status.* · *Demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement through training and teaching.* · *Coordinating your activities with those of other professionals within the Organization.* *REQUIREMENTS:* · *Qualification as Nursing Assistant Technician (Vocational Training Level I or Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle)* · *Technical and management skills.* · *Patient positioning and mobilization.* · *Interpersonal skills.* Employment Type: Full\-time, Temporary Contract Salary: €15\.500,00\-€17\.000,00 per year Work Location: On\-site employment
