(2) Define priorities and allocate resources (personnel, materials, time). (3) Coordinate technical shutdowns and scheduled inspections. (4) Supervise and lead maintenance staff. (5) Assign tasks and monitor their execution. (6) Ensure compliance with legal and industrial safety regulations. (7) Supervise that personnel use PPE and follow protocols. Publication Date 16/12/2025 Requirements Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field Preferred Qualifications Requirements (1) Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field (2) Professional Experience: 2–5 years in industrial maintenance roles, preferably in food production or continuous manufacturing environments. (3) Technical Knowledge: - Preventive and corrective maintenance - Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems - Knowledge of industrial safety regulations (4) Experience in team management and resource coordination.
