Direct support to young people: Accompany and motivate youth to continue their formal studies, contributing to their personal and academic development. Individualized follow-up: Monitor youth’s progress and their relationship with their assigned mentor. Program design and implementation: Participate in the creation, implementation, and review of new initiatives supporting youth’s personal, social, and academic development. Design and delivery of training activities: Develop and deliver training sessions for youth and mentors to strengthen strategies and resources that foster their competencies. Networking: Identify local resources and stakeholders to detect synergies and establish collaborations with the project. Methodological innovation: Participate in designing and applying methodological tools and instruments to promote continuous innovation and improvement of the program. Teamwork: Collaborate closely with other professionals from the psychopedagogical area and the Foundation to ensure the highest quality of services. What do we offer? Publication Date: 02/03/2026 Requirements Qualification: Psychopedagogy, Psychology, Social Education, Pedagogy, or related fields. Preferred qualifications: Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience working with youth, educational guidance, social action, or mentoring programs. Mandatory: Ability to design and facilitate training activities and workshops. Communication skills, empathy, and active listening ability. Organizational capacity, autonomy, and initiative.
