Permanent contract until 30/07/2026 Job Description At MASIA TERO, we are seeking a Preventive Maintenance Manager who wishes to assume a key role within our technical team and become part of a stable, solid, and rapidly growing project. What will be your mission? You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing preventive maintenance of our facilities, ensuring maximum equipment availability, minimizing unplanned downtime, and driving continuous process improvement. Your main responsibilities will include: * Designing, planning, and managing the preventive and predictive maintenance plan for machinery and facilities. * Supervising the operation of production lines, conveyor belts, pumps, electric motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and industrial refrigeration equipment. * Ensuring the proper operation of the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) and compliance with environmental requirements. * Managing critical spare parts inventory and coordinating material requirements for maintenance activities. * Analyzing maintenance KPIs (OEE, preventive task completion rate, equipment availability, energy efficiency, stability of refrigeration equipment, etc.) to identify improvement opportunities. * Coordinating maintenance interventions with Production to minimize downtime and ensure maximum operational efficiency. * Ensuring compliance with food safety standards (HACCP), quality requirements, and Occupational Risk Prevention regulations. * Promoting technical improvement initiatives aimed at increasing facility reliability. What are we looking for? * Education in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Technical Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within the food industry or in high-demand industrial environments. * Knowledge of: o Automation and PLCs. o Industrial refrigeration. o Hydraulics and pneumatics. o Wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) management. o Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). * An organized, solution-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, initiative, and a commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to coordinate cross-departmental activities and collaborate effectively with other departments.
