Job Summary: We are seeking a Pharmacist for a neighborhood pharmacy with a multidisciplinary team, focused on healthcare services and management, emphasizing human-centered care and continuous training. Opportunities for growth and a continuous training plan Our client is a well-established neighborhood pharmacy located in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, featuring a multidisciplinary team distinguished by its proximity, agility, and human-centered approach to patient care. It stands out for its strong commitment to customers’ health, supported by a solid foundation of technical knowledge and offering continuous training to foster the professional development of the entire team. As a Community Pharmacist, your responsibilities will span both clinical and managerial areas: • Pharmacovigilance • Preparation of Medication Dispensing Records (SPD) • Active participation in healthcare services such as: Blood pressure measurement, Smoking cessation support, Nutritional and pharmacotherapeutic counseling, Laboratory tests (blood glucose, lipid profile), Colon and cervical cancer prevention. • Collaboration in internal team training. • Participation in public health campaigns and health education initiatives. • Customer service including advisory dispensing. • Category-based management, product organization, and merchandising. * Experience: 1 month. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU Minimum Education/Experience: • Bachelor’s or Licentiate Degree in Pharmacy. • Prior experience in a community pharmacy (valuable but not mandatory). • Knowledge and skills in patient care and pharmaceutical services.
