Indefinite contract, with direct hiring by the company. 03/08/2026 Job Description An established industrial company in Garrotxa is seeking to hire an Industrial Process Engineer to strengthen its industrial department. The selected candidate will join a team of four process engineers and report directly to the industrial director. The role combines technical work on the shop floor with regular interaction with external suppliers and subcontracted companies. Key responsibilities include: Analyze and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes. Improve productivity, efficiency, cycle times, and costs. Ensure proper parameterization of machinery and production lines. Participate in implementing processes for new products. Coordinate trials and validations of changes to products and processes. Analyze incidents and implement corrective actions. Develop continuous improvement projects. Monitor industrial KPIs such as OEE, scrap rate, and efficiency. Draft procedures, instructions, and production standards. Provide technical and quality oversight of subcontracted processes. Requirements * Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related field. * Preferred: Experience in technical management of suppliers or subcontracted industrial processes. Knowledge of industrial automation and digitalization. Experience in automated production environments. Proficiency in CREO or other CAD design software. Technical English proficiency. * Requirements: Prior experience in process engineering, industrialization, or continuous improvement. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process optimization. Ability to analyze incidents and implement corrective actions. Analytical, solution-oriented profile with strong communication skills. Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders. * Mandatory: University degree in a technical engineering discipline. Experience in processes, industrialization, or continuous improvement within industrial environments. Knowledge of analysis and optimization of production processes. Willingness to work on-site in Garrotxa. * Additional requirements: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies. Analytical ability, initiative, and results orientation. Communication, coordination, and supplier liaison skills.
