At Saeta Yield, a Masdar Group company, we are seeking a Financial Modeling Technician to join our Modeling team at our headquarters in Madrid. As part of the Modeling team and in close collaboration with the Finance, Business Development, and Corporate Development departments, this person will have the following main responsibilities: * Preparing financial projections and building valuation models for companies and renewable energy projects—across development, construction, and operation phases—to support the Business Development, FP&A, and financing departments. * Conducting valuations, financial analysis, and risk analysis of transactions. * Analyzing and interpreting results and supporting decision-making. * Preparing materials on analyzed opportunities and projects. What do you need to succeed in this position? Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. English level B2–C1. Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within the renewable energy sector. Additionally, it is essential that you work well in a team, pay attention to detail, possess analytical ability, organization and planning skills, autonomy, and responsibility.
