Job Summary: As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store team, driving sales and maximizing profitability while delivering outstanding customer service. Continuous training. **Responsibilities** As Assistant Store Manager, you will manage the store team, focusing on driving sales and maximizing store profitability while delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will work to exceed your store’s KPIs, comply with company procedures and policies, and represent Sprinter in the most professional manner. Your day-to-day responsibilities include: Customer Experience * Deliver excellent service levels to customers. * Address customer inquiries and complaints, providing the best possible solution. * Ensure sales staff appearance complies with company guidelines. * Manage, train, motivate and coordinate the store team to guarantee adherence to the company’s customer service standards and procedures. Sales * Analyze reports and data to support decision-making aimed at boosting sales or correcting deviations, ensuring achievement of targets. * Ensure accurate tracking of store records for KPI analysis (FF, ATV, ASP, CR, UPT), applying insights to daily store operations. * Manage store resources efficiently, adapting them to evolving store needs. Visual Merchandising * Use visual merchandising techniques to attract, engage and motivate customers to purchase in-store, applying the latest visual strategies. * Support maintenance of sales area standards. * Ensure all new launches and promotional products are clearly visible in designated locations. * Maintain clean and presentable stock at all times. Training \& Development * Encourage team progression. * Support onboarding and training of new staff. * Assist in developing existing staff, ensuring completion of relevant assessments. Human Resources * Select candidates for store roles based on competencies. * Ensure compliance with HR policies and collective bargaining agreements. * Implement health and safety (PRL) regulations correctly within the store.
