The selected candidate will be responsible for **designing and implementing AI solutions** using cutting-edge tools, contributing to the development of innovative projects within our company. We require a candidate with experience in **training artificial intelligence models**, possessing expertise in: **C# and Python**, **Microsoft Agent Framework** or **Semantic Kernel** or **AutoGen**, **Advanced English proficiency (C1)** **What will you do?** Design and refactor prompts for agents (planner, executor, critic, validator, etc.) * Optimize prompt performance (output quality, determinism, cost (tokens / latency)) * Define prompt contracts (expected inputs, output schema, failure rules) * Work with multi-agent workflows (orchestration, hand-offs, auto-critique / self-reflection) * Measure and improve (prompt drift, hallucinations, semantic inconsistencies) * Collaborate with backend / data / product teams to (integrate prompts into real pipelines, align outputs with business rules) **What can we offer you?** * Permanent contract: From day one, with the option of 12 or 14 monthly payments. * Hybrid work model: Offices in Barcelona; initially requiring 2 days per week on-site, decreasing over time. * Flexible working hours: Monday to Thursday flexibility between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
