Job Summary: Responsible for managing the Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental aspects of real estate assets throughout their entire lifecycle, from investment to demolition. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental aspects of real estate assets 2. Cover the entire asset lifecycle (CAPEX and OPEX) 3. Conduct inspections, project reviews, and energy audits Objective: Manage all aspects related to Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment of real estate assets, both in CAPEX and OPEX phases, covering the full asset lifecycle (investment study, design, feasibility, project development, execution, implementation, commissioning, maintenance, demolition). Requirements: Engineering or Architecture degree Driver's license and personal vehicle* Level 1 Responsibilities: * Inspection activities exclusively focused on construction work execution control for buildings meeting all of the following conditions: (i) non-exceptional works, (ii) using traditional, non-innovative construction systems/solutions, (iii) site visits intended for subscribing to ten-year and/or three-year damage insurance policies, (iv) conducted in accordance with defined, bounded, and precise internal procedures Level 2 Responsibilities (in addition to the above): * Execution responsibility for ten-year and three-year insurance missions (installations, secondary works, watertightness) covered in the previous level. * Project review activities for building construction projects within the scope of watertightness, installations, and secondary works, provided that all but one of the following conditions are met: (i) non-exceptional works, (ii) using traditional, non-innovative construction systems/solutions, (iii) site visits intended for subscribing to ten-year and/or three-year damage insurance policies, (iv) conducted in accordance with defined, bounded, and precise internal procedures. * Conduct Energy Audits in accordance with Royal Decree 56/2016 * **Job Description and Profile (external)**
