The main responsibilities of the position will be:* Performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on assigned routes (thus, holding an Elevator Maintenance Certificate is essential). * Providing on-call and 24-hour service. * Identifying and addressing new business opportunities with assigned customers. Certification/Training:* An Elevator Maintenance Certificate according to the latest ITC regulations is required. If this certificate is not held, only the following technical vocational qualifications will be considered equivalent: Technician in Electromechanical Maintenance, Higher Technician in Industrial Mechatronics, Higher Technician in Industrial Equipment Maintenance, Specialist Technician in Electrical/Electronic Maintenance, or Specialist Technician in Mechanical Maintenance. * Engineering degrees in Industrial specialization will also be accepted. * Previous training in Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) (50\-60 hours) will be valued. Previous Experience:* Preferably at least 3 years of experience in elevator maintenance or installation. In case of no prior experience, a vocational qualification from the list above (see Certification/Training section) is mandatory. * Languages: Spanish and Catalan. Knowledge of English will be an advantage. * Computer Skills: User or advanced level in full MS Office suite. Other Requirements:* Valid class B driver's license is essential.
