At weRfoods, a historic group dedicated to the meat industry, we are looking to hire a Cleaning Manager to lead cleaning and disinfection management at our production facilities located in Olot, La Canya, and Sant Joan les Fonts. Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff activities to ensure that facilities, machinery, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and disinfected, guaranteeing compliance with the Cleaning and Disinfection Plan, quality and food safety standards, as well as occupational risk prevention regulations.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
Develop, organize, and supervise daily cleaning of different facility zones according to the Cleaning and Disinfection Plan.
Coordinate and assign cleaning team tasks to ensure adherence to procedures and work instructions.
Monitor the cleanliness and disinfection status of facilities, surfaces, machinery, and equipment.
Manage, monitor, and track identified cleaning incidents.
Coordinate periodic cleaning activities with various company departments.
Supervise cleaning operators’ training and adaptation according to established procedures.
Collaborate with the relevant team to manage delivery and proper use of materials, chemical products, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Monitor stock levels and consumption of cleaning products and materials.
Verify correct completion of quality records associated with the area.
Track microbiological incidents, HACCP non-conformities (PNCH), and surface controls, implementing necessary corrective actions.
Supervise laundry operations and monitor related incidents.
Monitor water consumption and hygiene system performance.
Manage maintenance incidents related to the cleaning area and coordinate their resolution with the Maintenance Department.
Manage the human resources of the area, identifying organizational needs and reporting incidents to the People Department.
Actively participate in compliance with Integrated Management System procedures and HACCP.
* Experience: 2 years. Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles within industrial environments. Proven experience in team management and coordination is mandatory.
* Higher Vocational Training (FP) qualification
* Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced)
* Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced)
* Competencies / Knowledge: Higher Vocational Training or equivalent qualification. Specific training in industrial cleaning, food hygiene, or chemical product handling is desirable. Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions within industrial environments. Proven experience in team management and coordination is mandatory. Experience in the food industry or meat sector is desirable. Knowledge of quality, food safety, and occupational risk prevention. Proficiency in standard computer tools. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between the group’s various facilities.
