The selected candidate will join the production department and be responsible for applying primer paints onto metal structures, as well as supporting material preparation, handling, and dispatch processes. We are looking for a professional with experience in industrial painting, committed to work quality and accustomed to working in industrial environments. **Job Mission** --------------------- Ensure proper preparation and application of priming systems onto metal structures, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, production deadlines, and correct finishing of parts prior to dispatch. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- ### **Airless Industrial Painting** Key responsibilities include: * Application of industrial primers using Airless painting equipment. * Preparation of painting equipment. * Adjustment of application parameters according to technical specifications. * Control of paint thickness and finish quality. * Cleaning and basic maintenance of painting equipment. ### **Material Organization** * Organization of metal profiles and structures prior to the painting process. * Preparation of parts for entry into the production line. * Identification and classification of materials. ### **Support for the Automatic Shot Blasting and Priming Line** Provide support to operators responsible for the automatic line in tasks such as: * Feeding the line. * Handling metal profiles. * Preparing parts. * Resolving minor production process incidents. ### **Inspection of Painted Parts** * Visual inspection of parts automatically painted. * Manual touch-up of areas where the robot has not applied paint correctly. * Correction of minor defects before dispatch. ### **Loading and Material Handling** Participate in internal workshop logistics operations: * Loading trucks using an overhead crane. * Moving profiles and structures within the workshop. * Collaboration with the dispatch department. Experience operating an overhead crane will be valued. ### **Labeling and Identification** * Labeling parts once the painting process is complete. * Verification of correct material identification prior to dispatch. * Collaboration in traceability control of parts. **Employment Conditions** ------------------------- * Working hours: Monday to Friday (according to the company’s established schedule). * Annual gross salary between **€27,000 and €29,000**, depending on experience and expertise provided. * Initial 6-month contract, with realistic prospects of indefinite employment. * Alternatively, temporary staffing agency (ETT) contract for 4 months, followed by direct incorporation into the company’s permanent staff. * Initial training and ongoing support during the adaptation period. * Positive working environment and job stability. **What We Offer** ------------------- We offer the opportunity to join an established company in the metal structures sector, with a stable project and a specialized team. REQUIREMENTS **Professional Profile** ---------------------- We seek a candidate with proven experience in industrial painting applied using Airless equipment, preferably in metallurgical companies or manufacturers of metal structures.
