Job Summary: We are seeking a sociable and responsible restaurant waiter/waitress to handle supplier relations, dining room setup, reservation management, and cash handling. Key Highlights: 1. Diverse responsibilities in customer service and restaurant management ALDA, a Galician-origin hotel chain currently operating over 90 hotels across northern Spain, is looking for a sociable and responsible restaurant waiter/waitress to work at ALDA Sada Marina and ALDA Cabanas Playa — two of our hotels located in Sada and Cabanas. Main responsibilities include: * **Supplier Relations:** Receiving suppliers and daily required goods; communicating with the supervisor regarding all items needing replenishment. * **Dining Room Setup:** Arranging tables and chairs in the restaurant layout; dressing tables and setting cutlery, glassware, and décor — i.e., preparing all necessary elements in the restaurant. * **Reservation Management:** Taking and recording customer reservations. * **Providing Information:** Informing customers about beverages, food items, presenting the menu and off-menu recommendations. * **Stock Replenishment:** Restocking mise en place to ensure full readiness for the following day. * **Cleaning:** Maintaining cleanliness during service and upon its conclusion. * Processing **cash payments** Requirements: * Immediate availability to start * Residence in Sada/Cabanas or surrounding areas * 1 year of relevant experience * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle Offered: * Salary according to collective agreement * Opportunity for career development within the company * Fixed-term intermittent contract Job Type: Part-time, Temporary Expected Hours: 30 hours per week Relocation/Moving Possibility: * 15165 Carrio (Bergondo), A Coruña province: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation prior to starting employment (Mandatory) Application Questions: * Are you interested in a fixed-term intermittent contract? * Do you have immediate availability to start?
