You will be responsible for optimizing orders, adapting them to specific needs and maintaining close relationships with store teams. A dynamic, analytical and essential role to ensure product availability and smooth service operation. Additionally: * **Order review and adjustment:** + Review automatic order proposals generated by software and adjust them to each store’s actual needs. + Consider factors such as holidays, promotions or special events. + Configure the software to improve future order accuracy. * **Store support and communication:** + Contact assigned stores to assess orders and resolve queries. + Act as a trusted support reference for a fixed group of stores (approximately 10). * **On-site visits:** + Conduct weekly store visits to identify needs and provide closer support. + Tailor recommendations to the specific characteristics of each store. * **Team collaboration:** + Manage assigned stores autonomously, ensuring ongoing follow-up and continuous improvement. + Work with the team to resolve incidents and contribute improvements to the procurement process. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?** -------------------------------------------- * Ideally, hold a degree in **logistics**, Business Administration (ADE) or related field. * **Experience** or **knowledge** in logistics, procurement or order management would be advantageous. * Excellent **analytical skills** to adjust orders based on factors such as holidays or promotions. * Effective **communication** and **internal customer orientation**, to build trust-based relationships with stores. * Strong **organizational** and **planning abilities**, to manage assigned stores autonomously. * Proactivity and capacity for **decision-making** in changing environments. * Familiarity with **Excel** and procurement software. * Possession of a **driver’s license** and willingness to travel using a company car.
