The primary mission of this role is to organize, coordinate, and supervise housekeeping operations, ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standards, all company quality standards are met, and guests enjoy a satisfying experience. Responsibilities: * Organize, coordinate, and supervise the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department. * Plan and assign tasks to housekeeping staff and cleaning personnel. * Supervise the cleaning, order, and preparation of guest rooms and common areas. * Conduct quality control checks and monitor compliance with established standards. * Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance departments for efficient room management, incident resolution, and priority handling. * Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and departmental supplies. * Monitor proper use of cleaning products, equipment, and machinery. * Supervise compliance with hygiene regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and environmental protocols. * Handle operational incidents and respond to requests or complaints related to the department. * Complete department-specific logs, reports, and control records. * Participate in training, motivating, and monitoring the performance of the team under supervision. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor in hotels or tourist accommodations. * Knowledge of housekeeping operations and quality control procedures. * Experience coordinating and supervising teams. * Strong planning and organizational skills. * Familiarity with hygiene regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and proper use of cleaning products. * Basic computer skills (PMS, checklists, email).
